Please note the property reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival up to 50% of the total cost. Reservations may be required to pay a deposit of up to GBP 500 which will be refunded up on departure subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

Should the maximum number of people per apartment be exceeded without prior authorisation from the management, guests will be asked to vacate the premises immediately and the accommodation cost will not be refunded.

Reception closes at 22:00. Late check-in must be requested in advance or then you will be considered a no-show.

中國大陸一家防毒軟體實驗室16日表示，肆虐全球的勒索病毒又傳出變種，從「想哭」（WannaCry）變成了「想妹妹」（WannaSister）。
從本月13日起，勒索病毒「想哭」肆虐全球，已在150餘國造成災情，公部門、企業、私人電腦皆無一倖免，人人自危。據《中國新聞網》報導，騰訊防毒實驗室16日表示，研究人員發現部分勒索病毒樣本已經從「想哭」變成了「想妹妹」。
騰訊實驗室表示，根據目前掌握的資訊，該病毒在大規模爆發前，就已經以內嵌在網頁的惡意程式在網路中散播。「WannaCry」大爆發的原因，是駭客換了傳播的方式，利用從微軟洩漏出來的MS17-010漏洞，才引起大規模災情。
騰訊還說，WannaCry從爆發以來，病毒樣本出現了至少4種方式來對抗防毒軟體的搜索，這也印證了WannaCry還在演化當中。據《華爾街日報》報導，矽谷網路風險公司Cyence的首席技術官喬治（George Ng）表示，此次病毒攻擊造成全球電腦感染，直接成本損失已達80億美元。
英國科技公司Dyson花127億台幣投資新加坡，全新的新加坡科技中心首次揭開神祕面紗，包括全新辦公室、各種不同功能的實驗室、24小時控制塔，以及離此30分鐘車程的數位馬達工廠。Dyson積極擴展全球科技生態系統，除了在研發、工廠等設備上砸錢外，人才上也不馬虎，不僅計畫在2020年工程師團隊拓增1倍，更產學合作培育年輕人，預期在未來4年內產能還可再翻1倍。
2016年Dyson花了2.5億英鎊（約100億台幣）建立英國科技園區，這個占地56英畝、擁有129個實驗室及200個活躍的科技專案的園區才剛亮相，2017年初新加坡全新的科技中心緊接著啟用，成為Dyson全球擴張的下一站，旨在拓展Dyson全球領先的科技生態系統。
全新的新加坡科技中心有24小時運作不停歇的控制塔（Control Tower），不僅可以跨時區連繫研發進度，還能即時顯示供應鏈和物流資料，以便在有突發情況時迅速做出反應，降低供應鏈中的風險。

Dyson新加坡首席運營長Jim Rowan就表示，現在人的購物方式逐漸在改變，因此他們的供應鏈也在改變，控制塔採用最新科技，連接Dyson整個供應鏈系統，實現了對產品可靠性和交付性能的即時跟蹤，可以確保最高品質的產品及時送達顧客的手中。
Jim Rowan也提到，以往主要的研發工作都在英國總部進行，現在新加坡有能力可以從0開始研發產品，未來會針對人工智慧、互聯網、數位馬達，以及機器人等方面的技術深入研究，相信新加坡科技中心的啟用，可望使一個新產品的研發時間縮短。

除了研發中心、實驗室與馬達工廠之外，Dyson也積極找尋人才，目前全球擁有3500名工程師和科學家，希望在2020年可以倍增到7千個；此外，Dyson也計畫今年9月時與英國華威大學（University ofWarwick）合作，開辦專屬的理工學院，5年斥資1500萬英鎊培訓人才，培訓年輕人成為頂尖工程師。
Dyson目前在全球7訂房優惠5個國家和地區賣出超過1300萬台機器，使用來自500多家供應商的40億個組件，過去4年Dyson產能已成長1倍，預計未來4年內還會再翻1倍。
